Welcome to Event Vikings. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services for creating, managing, and selling tickets to events. By accessing or using Event Vikings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Event Vikings website, APIs, and related services.
"User," "you," and "your" refer to individuals accessing or using the Platform.
"Event Organizer" refers to users who create and manage events on the Platform.
"Attendee" refers to users who purchase tickets to events hosted on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Event Vikings cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Event Organizer Terms

As an Event Organizer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your events
• Ensuring your events comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Setting appropriate ticket prices and managing ticket availability
• Handling customer service inquiries from Attendees
• Processing refunds in accordance with your stated refund policy

5. Platform Fees

Event Vikings charges fees for the use of the Platform. These fees are calculated as a percentage of the ticket price plus a fixed amount per ticket sold. Current fee structures are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with or without notice.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Event Organizers will receive payouts according to the schedule specified in their account settings, minus applicable fees. Event Vikings is not responsible for any payment processing errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Event Vikingsa worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Using the Platform to promote or sell illegal goods or services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Using the Platform to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform

9. Termination

Event Vikings reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Vikings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

Event Vikings reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
